Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the European Academy of Digital Dentistry Secretariat.

Cancellation refunds as follows:

Cancellations sent until May 1st 2023: Full refund less € 25.00 handling fee
Cancellations from May 2nd 2023 to July 1st 2023: 50% refund

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
